Chennai Super King’s star batsman and significant fielder Suresh Raina is not playing IPL this season due to some personal reasons. However, it is for the first time that the former cricketer is missing the chance of playing the Indian Premier League. Suresh Raina will be appearing in “The Kapil Sharma Show” . This was confirmed after the cricketer shared a picture of him travelling to Mumbai for the shooting of the comedy show. Earlier, Suresh Raina was seen in “The Kapil Sharma Show” along with Hardik Pandya and Shikhar Dhawan.
The Kapil Sharma Show has been one of the greatest comedy shows in India. It is a family show and, the concept revolves calling famous personalities to their sets and interviewing them. Although, it is not for the for the first time that a cricketer has received the invitation to “The Kapil Sharma Show”. Various other cricketers like Virat Kohli, Chris Gayle, DJ Bravo, Parthiv Patel, Kapil Dev, Mohinder Amarnath, Sandeep Patil, Dilip Vengsarkar, Krishnamachari Srikkanth, Roger Binny, Kirti Azad, Madan Lal, Syed Kirmani, Balwinder Sandhu, Yashpal Sharma and Sunil Valson have been seen already on the sets of “The Kapil Sharma Show”.
Recently, Suresh Raina was seen travelling to Mumbai via Vistara Airlines along with his wife, Priyanka Chaudhary. BJP’s Shazia Imli shared a pic of her sitting next to Suresh Raina as she was travelling through the same flight on Twitter. She praised the former cricketer and said he is covid negative. Shazia also mentioned that he was travelling to Mumbai to shoot for “The Kapil Sharma Show.” Archana Vijaya also shared a pic with the beautiful couple and mentioned that she met friends too!!

Later, Suresh Raina also shared few pics from the sets of “The Kapil Sharma Show” and greeted Kapil Sharma for being an amazing host. He also thanked the whole crew of “The Kapil Sharma” for such a fun shoot. It seems that Suresh Raina had enjoyed the shooting as it is one of the most famous comedy shows. Suresh Raina’s wife Priyanka Chaudhary is also visible in the shared pics from the sets of the comedy show.
